EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Do you want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our mothers and their babies? Are you interested in providing the abused, abandoned or neglected mothers we serve with moral, and spiritual guidance, independent living, and relational skills needed for future success?
By providing emotional support utilizing praise, positive feedback, affection, and empathy to build one's self-confidence, you can demonstrate respect and provide guidance on such areas as self-care, child care, establishing a household, communications, leisure, etc. Additionally, your positive interactions and engagement will teach family and relationship skills. House Parents are also encouraged to guide and teach our mothers with additional appropriate skills and behavior using rational problem-solving techniques by using critical thinking skills, assisting with behavioral challenges, counsel through personal struggles, and crisis intervention when needed.
